Why You Shouldn’t Ignore This

- Bed bugs feed on human blood, usually at night.
- Their bites can cause:
- Itchy, red welts
- Allergic reactions in some people
- Sleep problems due to anxiety or discomfort
- They hide in cracks, mattresses, bed frames, curtains, even behind wall sockets.
- They multiply quickly — a few can become hundreds in just weeks.
What to Do IMMEDIATELY

- Inspect your mattress and sheets for tiny black dots (droppings), pale eggs, or live bugs.
- Wash all bedding and clothes in hot water (60°C or above), then dry on high heat.
- Vacuum thoroughly, especially along baseboards, cracks, and around beds.
- Use bed bug interceptors under bed legs to trap them.
- Call a professional exterminator — DIY rarely works if the infestation is growing.
DON’T Do This
- Don’t sleep in another room (they’ll follow).
- Don’t throw away your mattress immediately (it could spread them).
- Don’t assume one bug = no problem.
Final Thought
If you’re seeing these more than once, you likely have an infestation starting. Catching it early is your best shot. I wish I hadn’t ignored the first one…
Please check your bed tonight. Trust me, it’s better to know than to wonder.
